"We are writing to thank you for the impeccable service given by your firm on our removal day. The removal was not straight forward as we are a hotel with guests reident at the time of our removal. We were a little concerned as to the practicalities of this, ie noise and disturbance. We need not have worried your staff were efficient very courteous and could not have been more obliging in every way. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all concerned and would have no hesitation in recommending your company and indeed using yourselves again should the need arise."
